This setup includes the piping system, pump, hydraulic accumulator, rotameter, water storage tanks, accurate scale, electric shut-off valves, pressure and temperature sensors, and data collection and control boards. The most up-to-date standards are included in the design of this setup and the uncertainties of the calculation are kept to a minimum. In practice, the setup has the ability to test three different types of meters.
